I think in the first stage we will need a working group of one mechanical engineer with experience in mechanical design and development of design documentation (18 person-months), an electronics engineer (six person-months), a designer (remote work is possible) and a manager with experience in small business management and experience with contracting firms. It is advisable to entrust accounting to a contracting organisation providing such services.
